My name is Mianna Tapio and I'm a single mom to a 15 year old teenage boy named Elijah.  I graduated from Augsburg College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems.  I went to college as a single mom, working with both a full-time job and a part-time job.  Amazingly we survived.  Not too many tears of frustration.

I love to volunteer and give back.  Currently I volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America in Troop 513 as a committee member and merit badge counselor for four badges:  Reading, Citizenship in the Community, Citizenship in the Nation, and Citizenship in the World.

Elijah is an avid reader, video gamer, and plays bass guitar.  He is funny and very intelligent.  He will be my "phone a friend" one day, when I get on Millionaire.
